Good?
Well yes and no, there only good for
the short term loss.
To keep your body weight at the level you
want, the only way to ensure that is to change the way you
look at food and how you cook it.
Fast weight loss diets are good for a
week or two but after that most people return to their
normal eating habits and put on the weight they
have just lost, so it's a compleat wast of time.
Dieting is very hard, there is no
really easy diet plan to follow and most give you enough food
to feed a mouse, 99% fail to stick to their diet plan or
program in the first week, so whats the answer.
You have to change the way you look at
food and the way you live your life, lack of exercise and a
poor diet is often the main reason people get over weight.
Fast weight loss diets are good if
you just want to lose a few pounds to get in to anew dress for
a wedding but long term they put your health at risk, make
sure you check with your doctor first before you start any
diets as alot of diets don't give you the right amounts of
Vitamins, Nutriants,Minerals, your body needs to stay
healthy.
True Fact 1:
Your brain is twenty minutes behind your
stomack, meaning you won't reallise you have over eaten till
twenty minutes after you have finnished, have you ever had
that blowted feeling after your main meal, well you have just
over eaten and your brain didn't tell you till it was to late? To over come this problem, chew your food
for longer, slow down eating and drink more water with your
meal, let your brain catch up.

Do you know that there is a lot of other
things that could be going on in side of you that is stoping
you from losing weight and all the fast weight loss diets in
the world won't help at all.

A healthy diet and plenty of exercise is
a better way to lose weight and keep it off as being on a diet
will fail when you get bored with the lack of a good meal or
temtations become to great to over come.
Tips:

Only keep real heathy food at
home. -
Drink plenty of water through out the
day, ( 8 glasses are recomended )
Eat at least one fresh
fruit perday, apple, orange, banana is
good.

Eat more fresh vegetables every
day -
Cut down on all red meats and exercise
more.
