Dangerious Diets

All diets can be dangerious if not followed correctly.

Before you even think about starting a diet you need to consult your doctor first as not all diets are right for every one.

The danger comes from taking dieting to the exstream and over doing it, dieting is fine but when you start missing out on meals, that's when your troubles begin.

You must have the right amount of vitamins, proteins and minerals every day and if you start missing meals you are not getting the vitamins, proteins and minerials your body needs for a healthy life.

If you are more than twenty pounds over weight you should see your doctor first as he - she can point you in the right direction and keep you away from under laying dangerious diets that might not suit you or your type of body.

If you are looking for names of dangerious diets you can count all diets as dangerious in the wrong hands, only your doctor can tell if a diet is right for you or not.

You Don't Need To Diet!

Why start what could be a dangerious diet for you when all you need to do is start a healthier eating plan, what I hear you say, a healthier eating plan, what's that.

Let me explain, do you like the food you are eating now? Yes, thought so, well all you got to do is start cooking it in a more healthier way and exercise a little more, think about it, why go on a diet that's going to cost you alot of money when you can still eat the things you like and still lose weight.

It's not hard to see that you will be better off eating the food you like than that mashed up rabbit food most diets try and get you to eat,  most people give up their diet in the first week any way, so why start!

All diets or healthy eating plan are no good on there own, you need to exercise, they go hand in hand, theres no getting away from it, you've got to exercise.

True Story:

I went from a twenty stone lump to a eleven stone hunk in about a year, well just over a year, how did I do it? Exercise and healthy eating, no dangerious diets for me, good honest healthy food and walking my dogs, yes I got myself two labrador dogs.

Heres How:

Breakfast, three slices of whole bread lightly toasted, one boiled egg, one small glass of fresh fruit drink, with no added sugar.

 Took the dogs for awalk, = exercise.

Snack, one apple and a glass of water.

Lunch, salmon salad, salmon is high in omega3, great for your heart.

Afternoon snack, bannana, any fresh fruit, glass of water.

Dinner, steam cooked lean chicken with fresh vegetables, small glass of wine.

Evening took the dogs for awalk, more exercise, got me out of home and away from the TV, it may come as a suprise to most people who know me but I really enjoy walking the dogs now.

 

When walking the dogs I have become friendly with a lot of other dog lovers and see alot more of the things going on around me, as before I drove every where and missed out on what was happening out side.

I did a search on Google and came up with hundreds of healthy eating plans like the one above so if I want more, good old Goolge is always there for me.

Dangerious Diets - Vs - Healthy Eating:

Think about this for one minute, do you want to stick to a crappy diet for the rest of your life thats doing to cost you an arm and leg or eat a heathly food that you enjoy.

It's a no brainer:

You don't have to buy dogs to get more exercise, pop into your local store and buy your self a keep fit Cd or Dvd as I did.  Picture this,  twenty stone of blubber flopping around in front of the tele. ( It Worked For Me. )

My wife used to curle up laughing but she isn't laughing now, well she is in bed at night but thats an other story, wink wink...

Forget About Dieting:

Dieting fads come and go, healthy eating will be around for ever but you still need to exercise, treat all diets as dangerious, they can lead to all sorts of health problems and don't forget the true cost of dieting, money wise...

The medical community warns

"Losing more than 2% of one's body weight in a period of 24-48 hours. The results would be a decrease in aerobic performance and endurance. Meanwhile, losing more than 5% of one's body weight in three to four days will have detrimental results on one's power, muscle endurance and strength, aerobic performances and even mental concentration. With such extreme weight loss programs, the body looses the ability to cool itself which can cause more harm than good".
